Jurand Faron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Augusto Fantini in the 3rd minute of the match. Kulle FF's Jurand Faron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Augusto Fantini in the 6th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers João Augusto Fantini in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jurand Faron saved Kulle FF from getting behind. Kulle FF's Jurand Faron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Kindermans in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Royal Excel Mouscron's Dennis Hermansson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jurand Faron made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Jurand Faron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Georg Wiberg in the 13th minute of play. Joakim Björkman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Edgar Poe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Edgar Hamberg fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kulle FF's protests and gave Edgar Hamberg a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Kulle FF's Edgar Hamberg got a free kick in the 19th minute. Nils-Erik Kielberg kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Edgar Poe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bo-Erik Fristedt in the 23rd minute. Georg Wiberg took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jurand Faron. Jurand Faron dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Kulle FF's Jurand Faron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Augusto Fantini in the 35th minute of play. Jurand Faron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Kindermans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jurand Faron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Augusto Fantini in the 40th minute of play. Oscar Kindermans took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jurand Faron. Jurand Faron dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After the first half Royal Excel Mouscron were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. João Augusto Fantini was the one to do the kick off. Kulle FF's Jurand Faron proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Kulle FF from getting a goal against them. In the 53rd minute Oscar Kindermans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jurand Faron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Jurand Faron successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Kulle FF's attentive Angelo Travassos managed to snatch the ball when Elvison Presley made a throw-in in the 60th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Kunze in the 62nd minute of play forced Kulle FF's goalkeeper Jurand Faron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Augusto Fantini struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Jurand Faron didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Royal Excel Mouscron. 65 minutes into the match, Kulle FF's goalkeeper Jurand Faron had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by João Augusto Fantini. The crowd rose to their feet as Georg Wiberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jurand Faron. That made the score 0-4 in the 67 minute of play. Christian Sundström kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 75 minutes, Jurand Faron successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After taking down the ball on Royal Excel Mouscron's corner Melker Lundblad fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jurand Faron quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, Kulle FF's Angelo Travassos got a free kick in the 83rd minute. With a little luck, Kulle FF's Jurand Faron got control of the ball when João Augusto Fantini tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kulle FF's Jurand Faron proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Kulle FF from getting a goal against them. Jurand Faron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georg Wiberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Royal Excel Mouscron booed when Kulle FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Hamberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sverker Blixt made in the 94th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Oscar Kindermans immediately put the ball in play. With a little luck, Kulle FF's Jurand Faron got control of the ball when João Augusto Fantini tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jurand Faron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Kindermans in the 96th minute of play.
