In the 14th minute Per Rolandsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörn Strömberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Formsvacka FF's Alvin Viberg got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 15th minute of the match Ganix Herrera sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jörn Strömberg skillfully saved the ball. Jörn Strömberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arthur Saba in the 19th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Average Joes's goalkeeper Victoriano Abel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kjell-Arne Bengtsson. Yavuz Bülent Özger kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. A hard and well directed shot from Filipp Krupatkih led 43 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Formsvacka FF's Jörn Strömberg became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Average Joes's zone, Niklas Jönsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victoriano Abel came out of the goal and Niklas Jönsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Jeremias Silban made the kick off in the second half. Formsvacka FF's Jörn Strömberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Formsvacka FF from getting a goal against them. When Pål Askestät, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 52 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Jörn Strömberg was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Jörn Strömberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Rolandsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. When Aaron Löfgren came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Average Joes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aaron Löfgren couldn't finish the play. Yavuz Bülent Özger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With an all-out effort, Average Joes's Jörn Strömberg threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Yavuz Bülent Özger, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jeremias Silban recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
