Linus Groth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leif Lundblad, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 38 minutes into the game, Alan Butler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Slagpåsarna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kajsatorpet the free kick. In the 38th minute, Alan Butler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Larsson in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paul Tolsson saved Slagpåsarna from getting behind. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Slagpåsarna's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Martin Larsson was slow to take the kick. During this time Kajsatorpet's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Kajsatorpet's corner Simon Petersson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Paul Tolsson quite easily take care of the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Johan Vennerlund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Slagpåsarna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kajsatorpet the free kick. Kajsatorpet made a substitution. Sture Mattsson replaced Simon Petersson. In the 49th minute of the match Martin Larsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paul Tolsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oliver Haström to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Bogumil Nieuzyla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Slagpåsarna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Linus Groth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Haström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Alan Butler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Linus Groth was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. If Evert Bogren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 76 minutes into the match, Slagpåsarna's goalkeeper Paul Tolsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evert Bogren. The audience was convinced that Bogumil Nieuzyla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Linus Groth was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. After having played for 86 minutes, Bogumil Nieuzyla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Slagpåsarna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bogumil Nieuzyla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paul Tolsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Larsson in the 90th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Kajsatorpet's goal looked a bit too open when Bogumil Nieuzyla came free, but Linus Groth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
