Vilhelm Brander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils Mikaelsson in the 34th minute of play forced Rönnöfors FF's goalkeeper Magne Gunnarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute Kronan were awarded a corner. Nils Mikaelsson went to the cornerflag to take it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dag Spets during the 36th minute. In the 54thth minute of the game Henry Fagerberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kronan's Vilhelm Brander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Rönnöfors FF getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Wiktor Dahlman hit a great ball. In the 85th minute Torsten Åman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilhelm Brander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vilhelm Brander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Tunström in the 92nd minute of the match. 93 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kronan's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Per Stenberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Rönnöfors FF's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Rönnöfors FF's Per Stenberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Vilhelm Brander despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 94 minutes, Torsten Åman made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Kronan's Vilhelm Brander tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Rönnöfors FF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
