In the 5th match minute, Blomstermåla BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tim Nordstedt to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the match, Blomstermåla BK's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Hellkvist came free, but Karl-Åke Lidström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ytterby FF's Stig-Åke Brolin got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Pär Skoglund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valentin Åkerberg. Ytterby FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pär Skoglund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Valentin Åkerberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Ongile in the 13th minute of the match. Valentin Åkerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jörn Erserman in the 22nd minute of play. After 23 played minutes Blomstermåla BK got a freekick which was hit by Carl Nordlander. In the 25th minute, Pär Skoglund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 30th minute, Jörn Erserman made a precise shot to the right of Valentin Åkerberg. Ytterby FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 33rd minute Pär Skoglund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Åkerberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valentin Åkerberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilbert Rasimowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37thth minute of the game Arnulfo Ongile who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ytterby FF's Valentin Åkerberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jörn Erserman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Åkerberg having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Simon Hellkvist to make the kick off. Valentin Åkerberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jörn Erserman in the 55th minute. In the 60th minute Gilbert Rasimowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Åkerberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valentin Åkerberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gilbert Rasimowicz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 81 minute of play.
