The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 42 minutes, Tim Lund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aston Villa FC and the Supreme FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Aston Villa FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Tim Lund hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nils-Åke Gunnarsson got free with Tommy Jönsson in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Einar Ålberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nils-Åke Gunnarsson was the one to do the kick off. Aston Villa FC's Filiph Hägg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Aston Villa FC from getting a goal against them. 62 minutes into the match, Jörgen Dalkvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Jönsson. Einar Ålbergs short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Filiph Hägg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Klas Wickander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiph Hägg having to interfere. Supreme FC's Konrad Jönsson was substituted for Nils-Åke Eliasson. Supreme FC's Kenneth Fernkvist was substituted for Klas Wickander. Tommy Jönsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörgen Dalkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute.
