Robin Nyström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Virtual Aces's Frederick Van Gorp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Virtual Aces from getting a goal against them. The corner led Svennis Grabbar FF's Rune Falk to fire away a dangerous shot which Frederick Van Gorp despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to Svennis Grabbar FF getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Jarl Lindström hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute Victor Petersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Nyström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frederick Van Gorp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rune Falk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robin Nyström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cornel Manciulea went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Frederick Van Gorp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antônio Carlos Tasso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50thth minute of the game Antônio Carlos Tasso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Virtual Aces's Frederick Van Gorp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 52nd minute Manoel Furlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederick Van Gorp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Victor Petersson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Robin Nyström. That made the score 1-4 in the 55 minute of play. Qian Qing's late challenge caught a Svennis Grabbar FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Qian Qing helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Virtual Aces getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Qian Qing hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute Antônio Carlos Tasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederick Van Gorp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frederick Van Gorp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antônio Carlos Tasso in the 63rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Svennis Grabbar FF's Edwin Offendahl got a free kick in the 65th minute. Svennis Grabbar FF's Robin Nyström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Svennis Grabbar FF from getting a goal against them. 67 minutes into the match, Virtual Aces's goal looked a bit too open when Ernst Skog came free, but Frederick Van Gorp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Svennis Grabbar FF's Robin Nyström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Svennis Grabbar FF from getting a goal against them. Victor Petersson, 71 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A collision led to Svennis Grabbar FF getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Daniel Svensson hit a great ball. Robin Nyström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornel Manciulea in the 75th minute of play. Øystein Rullhøj struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Robin Nyström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Virtual Aces. Svennis Grabbar FF made a substitution. Osvald Åström replaced Rune Falk. Robin Nyström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Petersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ulrik Qvarnström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robin Nyström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornel Manciulea in the 84th minute of play. Frederick Van Gorp came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Svennis Grabbar FF's Antônio Carlos Tasso. But to his dismay, Antônio Carlos Tasso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. In the 88th minute Osvald Åström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederick Van Gorp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute of the match Svennis Grabbar FF got a corner. Virtual Aces's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Matthias Hedvall ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Virtual Aces's goalie and right to Osvald Åström. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Virtual Aces's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After 91 played minutes Virtual Aces got a freekick which was hit by Johan Mjällby. The Virtual Aces supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Virtual Aces would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
