Rinkeby FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 5th minute, when Carl Qvarnström scored to the left of an out of position Corderun Geras, making the score, 1-0. Hartlepool's Åke Stål played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugon Wierzcholek in the 10th minute of play. Corderun Geras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt Blixt in the 12th minute of the match. Åke Stål took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugon Wierzcholek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Hugon Wierzcholek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Hasan Hüseyin Orak took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Corderun Geras to make any attempt to save it. Corderun Geras made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hasan Hüseyin Orak in the 26th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Hugon Wierzcholek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rinkeby FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugon Wierzcholek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Åke Stål breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Åke Stål made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugon Wierzcholek in the 32nd minute of play. Hartlepool's Åke Stål played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Tasso in the 37th minute of play. The supporters of Rinkeby FC booed when Hartlepool was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frans Frisk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugon Wierzcholek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ralf Rask received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Corderun Geras came out and tried to block the shot, but Ralf Rask slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 43rd minute. After 47 played minutes Ralf Rask rounded Rinkeby FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carl Qvarnström to make the kick off. Corderun Geras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hasan Hüseyin Orak, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Corderun Geras didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ralf Rask went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Corderun Geras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralf Rask, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Rinkeby FC defense, Hasan Hüseyin Orak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Corderun Geras. The Rinkeby FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Corderun Geras should have stopped the shot. Rinkeby FC's Corderun Geras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Rask in the 76th minute of play. Hugon Wierzcholek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
