A sloppy throw-in by Ferdi Mazlum in the 15th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Rinkeby FC's Bengt-Arne Fors. 16 minutes into the match, Ingvar Dahlberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Toke Panning. Klassisk Framtid's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ingvar Dahlberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Patrik Alkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albert Gunnarsson got free with Corderun Geras in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Åke Isaksson made in the 23rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Leonard Billström immediately put the ball in play. Rinkeby FC's Corderun Geras proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Rinkeby FC from getting a goal against them. Klassisk Framtid's Toke Panning played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geovani Batista in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th match minute, Rinkeby FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvano Oihenarte to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd match minute, Rinkeby FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anders Ödman to maneuver through the defense. After 43 played minutes Rinkeby FC got a freekick which was hit by Geovani Batista. In the 44th minute, Jorge Estebano sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Rinkeby FC's Corderun Geras didn't even have to move. After the first half Rinkeby FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ingvar Dahlberg was the one to do the kick off. Ingvar Dahlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 55 played minutes Rinkeby FC got a freekick which was hit by Geovani Batista. After a defensive mix-up in Klassisk Framtid's zone, Ingvar Dahlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toke Panning came out of the goal and Ingvar Dahlberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ingvar Dahlberg got free with Toke Panning in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 72nd minute Ingvar Dahlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toke Panning saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Gunnarsson in the 74th minute of play forced Rinkeby FC's goalkeeper Corderun Geras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Toke Panning made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Ingvar Dahlberg sent off a good shot on target. Corderun Geras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Gunnarsson in the 84th minute of play. Corderun Geras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anders Pike in the 86th minute of the match. Andréas Larsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Toke Panning tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonard Billström hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After 92 minutes, Patrik Alkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rinkeby FC and the Klassisk Framtid players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 92nd match minute, Rinkeby FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrik Alkvist to maneuver through the defense.
