Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) After 2 played minutes Lidköping got a freekick which was hit by Orvar Moberg. Kenneth Söderqvist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kristoffer Västerstrand. Lidköping's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Esbjörn Apelquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Mårtensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Esbjörn Apelquist came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Lidköping's Stefan Bogren. But to his dismay, Stefan Bogren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 15th minute, Stefan Bogren made a precise shot to the right of Esbjörn Apelquist. White Hart Lane's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. When Christer Stor fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored White Hart Lane's protests and gave Christer Stor a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, White Hart Lane's Christer Stor got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 25th minute Stefan Bogren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esbjörn Apelquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esbjörn Apelquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Björk in the 28th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adam Mårtensson in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Esbjörn Apelquist saved White Hart Lane from getting behind. In the 35th minute Stefan Bogren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esbjörn Apelquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esbjörn Apelquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Bogren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stefan Bogren scored 0-5 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Esbjörn Apelquist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dick Wennerberg kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Esbjörn Apelquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Bogren, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bertil Ekman to make the kick off. Kristoffer Västerstrand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertil Ekman in the 51st minute of the match. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lidköping's goalkeeper Kristoffer Västerstrand, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Stefan Bogren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Esbjörn Apelquist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stefan Bogren in the 55th minute. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by White Hart Lane's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Allan Björk was slow to take the kick. During this time Lidköping's players had a chance to rest. The crowd rose to their feet as Lidköping's Stefan Bogren slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Esbjörn Apelquist. That made the score 0-6 after 66 minutes of play. After 68th play minutes Stefan Bogren shot 0-7, a short shot which went by Esbjörn Apelquist and just under the crossbar into goal. Kristoffer Västerstrand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorma Jääskeläinen, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stefan Bogren in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Esbjörn Apelquist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Esbjörn Apelquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Bogren in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, White Hart Lane's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Bogren came free, but Esbjörn Apelquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stefan Bogren took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Esbjörn Apelquist. Esbjörn Apelquist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. 93 minutes into the game, Expedito Doctore was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lidköping's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave White Hart Lane the free kick. Lidköping's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
