Börje Holmgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kent Browall in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Börje Holmgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Börje Holmgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelinho Motta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th match minute, Stoke FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sardar Azmon to maneuver through the defense. Niclas Andersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Víktor Muli in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelinho Motta in the 15th minute of play forced Flodde CFC's goalkeeper Börje Holmgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Flodde CFC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelinho Motta came free, but Börje Holmgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Stoke FF booed when Flodde CFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig-Ove Britz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Flodde CFC's Börje Holmgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelinho Motta in the 24th minute of play. Marcelinho Motta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd match minute, Stoke FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelinho Motta to maneuver through the defense. Marcelinho Motta struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Börje Holmgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. In the 42nd minute Marcelinho Motta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Börje Holmgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Víktor Muli in the 46th minute of play forced Stoke FF's goalkeeper Niclas Andersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anthon Nordin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Stoke FF's Pontus Granlund quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Stevie Méthot, made in the 50th minute of the game. In the 52nd match minute, Stoke FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pontus Granlund to maneuver through the defense. Kent Browall hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. With his leg Börje Holmgren managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Stoke FF's Marcelinho Motta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Marcelinho Motta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Stoke FF getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Marcelinho Motta hit a great ball. Börje Holmgren made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Marcelinho Motta sent off a good shot on target. Carl Malmberg got a throw-in 76 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Stevie Méthot. Marcelinho Motta might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Börje Holmgren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcelinho Motta ran back to his position shaking his head. Flodde CFC's Börje Holmgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Flodde CFC from getting a goal against them. Börje Holmgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kent Browall, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Stoke FF's Niclas Andersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthon Nordin in the 81st minute of play. The throw-in from Carl Malmberg in the 89th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Stoke FF's Per-Oskar Kihlberg. In the 90th play minute Marcelinho Motta came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Börje Holmgren. 0-3. Carl Malmberg made in the 94th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Stevie Méthot immediately put the ball in play. The Stoke FF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
