But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Torgny Landin couldn't finish the play. Jan Höijer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victor Sundström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute Torgny Landin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Sundström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jan Höijer came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Boca Juniors fans jumped to their feet. In the 18th minute, Torgny Landin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boca Juniors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 21 minutes into the game, Boca Juniors's Torgny Landin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victor Sundström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Torgny Landin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute, Torgny Landin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victor Sundström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Torgny Landin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 29 minutes into the match, Käka Puck BK's goal looked a bit too open when Torgny Landin came free, but Victor Sundström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute Torgny Landin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Sundström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boca Juniors were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Käka Puck BK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vilhelm Holm took the corner. Torgny Landin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kang Xuan made in the 42nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Hans Hök immediately put the ball in play. If Jan Höijer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Käka Puck BK made a substitution. Björn Johnsson replaced Hans Hök. Käka Puck BK's Calvin Raubier was substituted for Douglas Palmquist. After the first half Boca Juniors were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Börje Törnblom was the one to do the kick off. Victor Sundström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torgny Landin in the 53rd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the match, Torgny Landin notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Käka Puck BK's Victor Sundström. Victor Sundström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Torgny Landin hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Victor Sundström made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Torgny Landin sent off a good shot on target. 62 minutes into the game, Mikael Bengtsson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Boca Juniors's Niklas Kjellberg quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 65th minute, Torgny Landin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Torgny Landin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Victor Sundström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torgny Landin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 minutes, Torgny Landin made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. Käka Puck BK's Victor Sundström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Boca Juniors made a substitution. Harry Hedling replaced Niklas Kjellberg. If Torgny Landin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Victor Sundström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torgny Landin, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the game, Kang Xuan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Käka Puck BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boca Juniors the free kick. Kang Xuan kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Käka Puck BK's goalkeeper Victor Sundström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jiang Xuan Nan. After 84 minutes Käka Puck BK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vilhelm Holm who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Vilhelm Holm almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Käka Puck BK's Victor Sundström did a great save. In the 87th minute, Brian Rolfsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the match, Käka Puck BK's goalkeeper Victor Sundström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vilhelm Holm. After 94 minutes of play, Boca Juniors's Torgny Landin made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Victor Sundström was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Özkan Kayaer fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boca Juniors's protests and gave Özkan Kayaer a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors's Özkan Kayaer got a free kick in the 97th minute. Boca Juniors's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
