In the 13th minute Nisse Jul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaf Kullgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andréas Åkerman made in the 14th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Northland Vikings's Van Helsing. Tony Nyman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gustaf Kullgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nisse Jul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Northland Vikings's goal looked a bit too open when Nisse Jul came free, but Gustaf Kullgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andréas Åkerman made in the 23rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Northland Vikings's Van Helsing. A collision led to Northland Vikings getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Nilton Paraíba hit a great ball. In the 28th minute North Pole Kickers were awarded a corner. Michael Ahlbeck went to the cornerflag to take it. Valdemar Tomasson hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Folke Bure showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony Nyman, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute Tony Nyman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Bure saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Tony Nyman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Northland Vikings fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Folke Bure made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tony Nyman in the 43rd minute. Folke Bure took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Nyman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustaf Kullgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nisse Jul in the 47th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nisse Jul to make the kick off. Folke Bure made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Falk in the 55th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Nyman in the 57th minute of play forced North Pole Kickers's goalkeeper Folke Bure to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Nisse Jul reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gustaf Kullgren. The goal made the score 2-1. Nisse Jul in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gustaf Kullgren, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Northland Vikings getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Van Helsing hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Tony Nyman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Northland Vikings's supporters rose to their feet, but Tony Nyman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Folke Bure breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 71st minute, Jonatan Haritzeder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valdemar Tomasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Gustaf Kullgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tony Nyman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Folke Bure read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Northland Vikings's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Van Helsing in the 80th minute. Gustaf Kullgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nisse Jul in the 84th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nisse Jul in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustaf Kullgren saved Northland Vikings from getting behind. Leonardo Forsberg kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Tony Nyman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Folke Bure read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Northland Vikings had won after a very even match.
