When Nisse Jul fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored North Pole Kickers's protests and gave Nisse Jul a yellow card for diving instead. After 11 played minutes North Pole Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Nisse Jul. 20 minutes into the match, Nisse Jul had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mattias Håkansson. Karlsborg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nisse Jul was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 23rd minute, Charlie Bark got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nisse Jul kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Nisse Jul's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mattias Håkansson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Mattias Håkansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nisse Jul, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 36thth minute of the game Nisse Jul who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karlsborg's Mattias Håkansson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Nisse Jul made the kick off in the second half. Mattias Håkansson was a little too slow when Nisse Jul got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 0-2. Nisse Jul could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Mattias Håkansson made a huge save. Karlsborg's Mattias Håkansson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Karlsborg from getting a goal against them. Folke Bure showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wiktor Karlstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Karlsborg reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Karlsborg's zone, Nisse Jul stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mattias Håkansson came out of the goal and Nisse Jul tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 71 in the game by Nisse Jul from a close distance when the talented Mattias Håkansson managed to make a qualified save. Karlsborg's players were relieved. The crowd rose to their feet as North Pole Kickers's Nisse Jul slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mattias Håkansson. That made the score 0-3 after 72 minutes of play. Nisse Jul received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Mattias Håkansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mattias Håkansson stood somewhat misplaced when Nisse Jul came free in front of goal and shot 0-4 to the left of him in the 82 minute. Nisse Jul in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mattias Håkansson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of North Pole Kickers booed when Karlsborg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fred Lund didn't get a good kick on the ball. The North Pole Kickers players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
