Spectators: 156 (Terracing: 117, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Tony Nyman started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 4 minutes of play, Northland Vikings's Tony Nyman made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Folke Bure was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 7th play minutes Tony Nyman shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Folke Bure and just under the crossbar into goal. Jonatan Haritzeder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd match minute, North Pole Kickers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Arvidsson to maneuver through the defense. Northland Vikings's Tony Nyman got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Falk in the 30th minute of play forced North Pole Kickers's goalkeeper Folke Bure to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustaf Kullgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nisse Jul in the 31st minute. If Tony Nyman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Folke Bure showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Nyman in the 33rd minute of the match. 37 minutes into the game, Andréas Åkerman threw the ball into play from the sideline. Northland Vikings's Jonatan Haritzeder quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Folke Bure showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony Nyman, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tony Nyman in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Folke Bure prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nisse Jul stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Folke Bure made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonatan Haritzeder in the 59th minute. Olov Ivarsson hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Gustaf Kullgren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nisse Jul went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Northland Vikings made a substitution. Timmy Mickelsson replaced Anthony Nwakaeme. The supporters of North Pole Kickers booed when Northland Vikings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthony Nwakaeme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustaf Kullgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nisse Jul in the 73rd minute of the match. Gustaf Kullgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nisse Jul, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. If Nisse Jul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the match, Valdemar Tomasson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustaf Kullgren. Northland Vikings's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valdemar Tomasson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind North Pole Kickers's goalkeeper Folke Bure, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tony Nyman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Tomasson in the 92nd minute of play forced Northland Vikings's goalkeeper Gustaf Kullgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Folke Bure made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Andreas Falk sent off a good shot on target. Tony Nyman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Folke Bure tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
