After 29 minutes of play, National Team Cape-Verde's Bennvar Post made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dennis Unesson was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Bennvar Post had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dennis Unesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bennvar Post in the 32nd minute of the match. When National Team Cape-Verde's Bennvar Post in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brandbergen Bears's goalie prevented a goal. Brandbergen Bears's Dennis Unesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bennvar Post in the 44th minute of play.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Erik Tunberg in the 55th minute of play forced National Team Cape-Verde's goalkeeper Pål Sefastsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pål Sefastsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Erik Källberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Pål Sefastsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Erik Tunberg in the 63rd minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, National Team Cape-Verde's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Erik Tunberg came free, but Pål Sefastsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brandbergen Bears's Dennis Unesson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Brandbergen Bears from getting a goal against them. Dennis Unesson made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Bennvar Post sent off a good shot on target. Bennvar Post came free with the goalkeeper in the 78th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dennis Unesson could save by the left post. Bennvar Post blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dennis Unesson having to make a save. National Team Cape-Verde made a substitution. Klas Bergqvist replaced Fredric Melander. 92 minutes into the game, Klas Bergqvist recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dennis Unesson. Klas Bergqvist showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakob Fredriksson in the 96th minute of play forced National Team Cape-Verde's goalkeeper Pål Sefastsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. National Team Cape-Verde had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
