But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jörn Holm couldn't finish the play. Jörn Holm took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Markus Fågel. Markus Fågel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anders Andersson got free with Markus Fågel in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 17th minute of the match, Jörn Holm tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Markus Fågel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Markus Fågel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörn Holm, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Erik Tunberg in the 36th minute of play forced Oakcroft Thrashers's goalkeeper Christoffer Modig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jörn Holm was the one to do the kick off. Markus Fågel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingemar Jonasson in the 52nd minute of play. The corner led to Polly Magoo Juniors's Eric Bertaux getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Polly Magoo Juniors's Markus Fågel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Nykvist in the 78th minute of play. During the 79th minute of the match Bo Bo Abbas completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Bo Bo Abbas a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 80th match minute, Polly Magoo Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo Bo Abbas to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the match, Polly Magoo Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Ingemar Jonasson came free, but Markus Fågel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Markus Fågel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingemar Jonasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Etienne Joubert hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Polly Magoo Juniors:s Markus Fågel showed great skill when he stopped Ingemar Jonasson:s penalty. Markus Fågel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingemar Jonasson in the 89th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the game, Oakcroft Thrashers's Jörn Holm nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Markus Fågel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. After a rather tough play, Oakcroft Thrashers's Hugo Hellgren got a free kick in the 95th minute.
