Edvin Holmgren kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Frosta Härad IF's Urban Cedergård played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvin Holmgren in the 17th minute of play. If Östen Forsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the match, Frosta Härad IF's goal looked a bit too open when Östen Forsberg came free, but Urban Cedergård reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edmund Bank hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Urban Cedergård made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Einar Westerberg in the 23rd minute of play. After having played for 25 minutes, Oskar Skröder managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Väderstad FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oskar Skröder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 27 minutes into the game, Väderstad FK's Edvin Holmgren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Urban Cedergård made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Urban Cedergård showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvin Holmgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Östen Forsberg struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Urban Cedergård didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Väderstad FK. An unexpectedly hard shot by Östen Forsberg in the 57th minute of play forced Frosta Härad IF's goalkeeper Urban Cedergård to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oskar Skröder's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Urban Cedergård read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 63rd match minute, Frosta Härad IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peder Nordstedt to maneuver through the defense. Olle Mellberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sune Sigvardsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Östen Forsberg in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Olle Mellberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Ström in the 97th minute of play. Väderstad FK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
