Glenn Olsen took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vilgot Tidéksson. Vilgot Tidéksson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Vilgot Tidéksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Magnus Henriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sånna goa grejer FC were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after Cosmopolitan FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Evert Forsberg took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Magnus Henriksson in the 9th minute of play forced Cosmopolitan FC's goalkeeper Vilgot Tidéksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vilgot Tidéksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Glenn Olsen in the 10th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Sånna goa grejer FC's Glenn Olsen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vilgot Tidéksson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 17th minute Glenn Olsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilgot Tidéksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 played minutes Cosmopolitan FC got a freekick which was hit by Svante Kinell. Vilgot Tidéksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Magnus Henriksson in the 20th minute of play. Jose Poncio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torsten Jonsson in the 24th minute of the match. If Karl-Magnus Henriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Glenn Olsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Vilgot Tidéksson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Magnus Henriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Ermano in the 39th minute of play forced Sånna goa grejer FC's goalkeeper Jose Poncio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stefan Karlstedt during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 42 played minutes Cosmopolitan FC got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Karlstedt. In the 45th minute of the match Evert Forsberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vilgot Tidéksson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 46 played minutes Cosmopolitan FC got a freekick which was hit by Olof Sandberg. After having played for 47 minutes, Evert Forsberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sånna goa grejer FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evert Forsberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Glenn Olsen to strike the kick off in the second half. Vilgot Tidéksson was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Evert Forsberg. After a rather tough play, Cosmopolitan FC's Torsten Jonsson got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 59th minute, Glenn Olsen made a precise shot to the right of Vilgot Tidéksson. Cosmopolitan FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After having played for 62 minutes, Glenn Olsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sånna goa grejer FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Glenn Olsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evert Pihlgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evert Pihlgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Glenn Olsen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sånna goa grejer FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Glenn Olsen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vilgot Tidéksson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 82 minutes into the game, Karl-Magnus Henriksson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Vilgot Tidéksson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 87thth minute of the game Karl-Magnus Henriksson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cosmopolitan FC's Vilgot Tidéksson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marquinhos Nunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Vilgot Tidéksson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Cosmopolitan FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Bengt Fristedt hit a great ball. In the 96th match minute, Sånna goa grejer FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glenn Olsen to maneuver through the defense.
