Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xavier Salazar in the 2nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jarrett Rosenberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jarrett Rosenberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lv Zhou went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Jarrett Rosenberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lv Zhou's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Lv Zhou took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jarrett Rosenberg. Jarrett Rosenberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Jarrett Rosenberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lv Zhou in the 19th minute of play. After some careless play in the Cosmos Soccer Club defense, Lv Zhou kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jarrett Rosenberg. The Cosmos Soccer Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jarrett Rosenberg should have stopped the shot. Lv Zhou scored 0-4 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jarrett Rosenberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. LOS BUITRES's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carl Åberg in the 30th minute. After 32 minutes of play, LOS BUITRES's Lv Zhou made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jarrett Rosenberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jarrett Rosenberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lv Zhou in the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the game, LOS BUITRES's Lv Zhou nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jarrett Rosenberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Jarrett Rosenberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lv Zhou in the 42nd minute of play. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cosmos Soccer Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Carl Åberg was slow to take the kick. During this time LOS BUITRES's players had a chance to rest. The corner led LOS BUITRES's Carl Åberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Jarrett Rosenberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 44th minute Lv Zhou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarrett Rosenberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. LOS BUITRES's Lv Zhou got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patrick Fontenot made a kick off. Jarrett Rosenberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xavier Salazar in the 53rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Lv Zhou managed to get in a good position for a shot. LOS BUITRES's supporters rose to their feet, but Lv Zhou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jarrett Rosenberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 56 minutes into the match, Cosmos Soccer Club's goalkeeper Jarrett Rosenberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lv Zhou. Xavier Salazar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Jarrett Rosenberg made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lv Zhou in the 62nd minute of play forced Cosmos Soccer Club's goalkeeper Jarrett Rosenberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the game, Lv Zhou cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Jarrett Rosenberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Xavier Salazar's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jarrett Rosenberg firmly grabbed it by the left post. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cosmos Soccer Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Carl Åberg was slow to take the kick. During this time LOS BUITRES's players had a chance to rest. Lv Zhou took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jarrett Rosenberg. Jarrett Rosenberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. LOS BUITRES's Narciso Socorro was substituted for Laurence Suggs. In the 80th match minute, Cosmos Soccer Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donovan Heath to maneuver through the defense. LOS BUITRES's Narciso Socorro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jarrett Rosenberg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Cosmos Soccer Club's Jarrett Rosenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lv Zhou in the 87th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Federico Maia during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 87th match minute, Cosmos Soccer Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Maia to maneuver through the defense. Lv Zhou succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-9 in the 90th playminute. Narciso Socorro made a great header on LOS BUITRES's corner, it was just that Cosmos Soccer Club's Jarrett Rosenberg managed to reach the ball for a save. LOS BUITRES's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
