An unexpectedly hard shot by Merlin Castro in the 5th minute of play forced JAYET's goalkeeper Higinio Llanos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute, Merlin Castro made a precise shot to the right of Higinio Llanos. JAYET's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Merlin Castro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Higinio Llanos. That made the score 2-0 in the 13 minute of play. In the 19th minute Khachatryan were awarded a corner. Albert Paulíny went to the cornerflag to take it. After 22 minutes, Czeslaw Biskupiak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JAYET and the Khachatryan players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, JAYET was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Czeslaw Biskupiak to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Merlin Castro got free with Higinio Llanos in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24thth minute of the game Elias Ernst who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Khachatryan's Tigran Balayan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 27th minute of the match Khachatryan got a corner. JAYET's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Albert Paulíny ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Khachatryan's Tigran Kirakosyan to fire away a dangerous shot which Higinio Llanos despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Khachatryan's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Albert Paulíny in the 33rd minute. The corner ended in Albert Paulíny almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but JAYET's Higinio Llanos did a great save. In the 36th minute Sung McKinley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Llanos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Higinio Llanos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Merlin Castro in the 38th minute of play. Higinio Llanos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Merlin Castro's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elias Ernst to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Albert Paulíny made a precise shot to the right of Higinio Llanos. JAYET's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sung McKinley in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Higinio Llanos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Higinio Llanos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sung McKinley in the 59th minute of play. Merlin Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Khachatryan made a substitution. Wawrzyniec Budrewicz replaced Petros Oganesyan. Khachatryan's Abel Avetisyan was substituted for Tigran Kirakosyan. Khachatryan's Merlin Castro got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marquis Kenny during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Khachatryan's Marquis Kenny got a free kick in the 67th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Merlin Castro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Higinio Llanos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Higinio Llanos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Merlin Castro's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Merlin Castro scored 8-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Higinio Llanos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 80 minutes into the match, Khachatryan's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Lindsten came free, but Tigran Balayan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Merlin Castro in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Higinio Llanos saved JAYET from getting behind. Higinio Llanos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Merlin Castro's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. After 85 played minutes JAYET got a freekick which was hit by James McElroy. The audience was convinced that Sung McKinley's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Higinio Llanos was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. In the 93rd minute Abel Avetisyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Llanos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Higinio Llanos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Merlin Castro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Khachatryan booed when JAYET was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. James McElroy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Khachatryan's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
