Higinio Llanos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislao Gines, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 4th minute Creekers were awarded a corner. Leevi Kampman went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Creekers's corner Leevi Kampman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Higinio Llanos quite easily take care of the ball. The audience was convinced that Ladislao Gines's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Higinio Llanos was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Riley Trotter in the 9th minute of play forced JAYET's goalkeeper Higinio Llanos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Ladislao Gines cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Higinio Llanos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Higinio Llanos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Riley Trotter in the 17th minute of play. After having played for 21 minutes, Ladislao Gines managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Creekers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ladislao Gines was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 22nd minute Ladislao Gines shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Llanos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Higinio Llanos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ladislao Gines went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Higinio Llanos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Riley Trotter, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute, James McElroy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Lefler in the 32nd minute of play forced Creekers's goalkeeper Jude Crocker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Riley Trotter notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of JAYET's Higinio Llanos. Higinio Llanos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 37thth minute of the game Ladislao Gines who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JAYET's Higinio Llanos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 43 minutes, Riley Trotter made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. JAYET's Higinio Llanos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 47 minutes into the match, JAYET's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislao Gines came free, but Higinio Llanos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Ladislao Gines could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Higinio Llanos made a huge save. Whitney Godfrey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Higinio Llanos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Creekers's Ladislao Gines ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Higinio Llanos. Higinio Llanos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Ladislao Giness short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Higinio Llanos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 63 minutes into the game, Ladislao Gines lined in a short shot 0-6 behind a frustrated Higinio Llanos. In the 68th minute Riley Trotter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Llanos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the game, Riley Trotter recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Higinio Llanos. Riley Trotter showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Creekers's Dalton Flaherty was substituted for William Kerns. Creekers's Reynaldo Driscoll was substituted for Ladislao Gines. Creekers's Whitney Godfrey got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, JAYET's Higinio Llanos got control of the ball when Reynaldo Driscoll tried to sneak it across the goal line. Higinio Llanos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reynaldo Driscoll in the 79th minute. Higinio Llanos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Riley Trotter in the 81st minute of the match. Creekers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leevi Kampman in the 82nd minute. In the 84th minute, one of JAYET:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for JAYET. 89 minutes into the game, Riley Trotter cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Higinio Llanos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Higinio Llanos made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Reynaldo Driscoll sent off a good shot on target. 96 minutes into the match, Creekers's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Lefler came free, but Jude Crocker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivan Gallo hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Creekers's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
