Ross Buchanan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lincoln Hand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the match, Slower Lower FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ulysses Baldwin came free, but Ross Buchanan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Jörn Emmel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Duke Munoz. The goal made the score 1-0. Jörn Emmel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to S.D. Bajen getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Claudinei Ramalho hit a great ball. In the 25th minute, Iraunkor Abar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 28 played minutes Slower Lower FC got a freekick which was hit by Nereo Florinio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kacper Wasikowski in the 31st minute of play forced Slower Lower FC's goalkeeper Ross Buchanan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nereo Florinio's late challenge caught a S.D. Bajen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nereo Florinio helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Slower Lower FC's Nereo Florinio got a free kick in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Slower Lower FC's zone, Lincoln Hand stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ross Buchanan came out of the goal and Lincoln Hand tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jörn Emmel in the 44th minute of play forced S.D. Bajen's goalkeeper Duke Munoz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vern Park kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Makis Samaropoulos was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Slower Lower FC's Ross Buchanan got control of the ball when Lincoln Hand tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jörn Emmel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. S.D. Bajen made a substitution. Slower Lower FC's Ross Buchanan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Slower Lower FC from getting a goal against them. Lincoln Hand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Ross Buchanan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Makis Samaropoulos in the 81st minute of play forced S.D. Bajen's goalkeeper Duke Munoz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Foster Contreras blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ross Buchanan having to make a save. In the 86th minute, Makis Samaropoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Makis Samaropoulos in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Duke Munoz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Slower Lower FC's Ross Buchanan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Slower Lower FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Rodrigo in the 92nd minute of play forced Slower Lower FC's goalkeeper Ross Buchanan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andrew Borgers hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute Jörn Emmel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duke Munoz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Slower Lower FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
