SC Freiburg 09's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Holger Siöberg scored to the left of an out of position Ivo Guterres, making the score, 1-0. Raul Leal's late challenge caught a Pinhote FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raul Leal helped the player get up and apologised. Pinhote FC's Hipólito Vilalobos was substituted for Hans Koenig. In the 19th minute, Sílvio Luís Ceresso reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ivo Guterres. The goal made the score 2-0. When Máximo Lameiras fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Freiburg 09's protests and gave Máximo Lameiras a yellow card for diving instead. Máximo Lameiras kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Ivo Guterres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Luís Ceresso in the 26th minute of the match. SC Freiburg 09's Ivo Guterres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldemar Rosen in the 32nd minute of play. Waldemar Rosen was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Waldemar Rosen took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivo Guterres. Ivo Guterres dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 39 minutes into the match, Pinhote FC's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Leal came free, but Joacim First reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abílio Passos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Holger Siöberg made a kick off. Pinhote FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tao Tian in the 52nd minute. The corner ended in Tao Tian almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SC Freiburg 09's Ivo Guterres did a great save. Ivo Guterres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Luís Ceresso in the 55th minute of the match. Ivo Guterres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sílvio Luís Ceresso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Pinhote FC's zone, Mehmet Ferit İsmet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. After a rather tough play, Pinhote FC's Bart Buckinx got a free kick in the 75th minute. Pinhote FC made a substitution. Guo Ming replaced Holger Siöberg. In the 76th minute, Bart Buckinx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivo Guterres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Luís Ceresso in the 82nd minute of the match.
