The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Danilo Pinho in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edwin van der Sar saved Ｕｎｉãｏ Ｓｐｏｒｔ Ｃｌｕｂｅ Ｐａｒｅｄｅｓ from getting behind. If Danilo Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Lidador F.C.'s Viriato Sabrosa got a free kick in the 21st minute. When Danilo Pinho came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Lidador F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Danilo Pinho couldn't finish the play. Edwin van der Sar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delfim Oliveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 28 minutes Ｕｎｉãｏ Ｓｐｏｒｔ Ｃｌｕｂｅ Ｐａｒｅｄｅｓ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alcino Malafaia who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Alcino Malafaia almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ｕｎｉãｏ Ｓｐｏｒｔ Ｃｌｕｂｅ Ｐａｒｅｄｅｓ's Edwin van der Sar did a great save. In the 35th minute Danilo Pinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwin van der Sar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tamás Albert was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Bernardo lago capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bernardo lago really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Leukothoe Atsidakos charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leukothoe Atsidakos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ｕｎｉãｏ Ｓｐｏｒｔ Ｃｌｕｂｅ Ｐａｒｅｄｅｓ's Leukothoe Atsidakos got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Danilo Pinho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ｕｎｉãｏ Ｓｐｏｒｔ Ｃｌｕｂｅ Ｐａｒｅｄｅｓ's goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Ｕｎｉãｏ Ｓｐｏｒｔ Ｃｌｕｂｅ Ｐａｒｅｄｅｓ's Bernardo lago got a free kick in the 55th minute. 56 minutes into the game, Lidador F.C.'s Danilo Pinho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edwin van der Sar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Edwin van der Sar made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Danilo Pinho sent off a good shot on target. 65 minutes into the match, Ｕｎｉãｏ Ｓｐｏｒｔ Ｃｌｕｂｅ Ｐａｒｅｄｅｓ's goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Danilo Pinho. Edwin van der Sar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delfim Oliveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. With his leg Edwin van der Sar managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Lidador F.C.'s Danilo Pinho fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Danilo Pinho struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Edwin van der Sar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lidador F.C.. Ｕｎｉãｏ Ｓｐｏｒｔ Ｃｌｕｂｅ Ｐａｒｅｄｅｓ made a substitution. Xande Solitario replaced Leukothoe Atsidakos. Lidador F.C. made a substitution. Plácido Madureira replaced Miguel Teixeira. Delfim Oliveira was extremely unlucky when he, in the 78th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 80 minutes into the match, Lidador F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jerónimo Furtado came free, but Tamás Albert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lidador F.C.'s Tamás Albert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerónimo Furtado in the 81st minute of play. If Danial Boon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ｕｎｉãｏ Ｓｐｏｒｔ Ｃｌｕｂｅ Ｐａｒｅｄｅｓ's Edwin van der Sar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danial Boon in the 87th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Lidador F.C.'s Danial Boon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edwin van der Sar. That made the score 2-2 after 89 minutes of play. Tamás Albert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerónimo Furtado in the 92nd minute of play. Edwin van der Sar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danial Boon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Lidador F.C. getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Viriato Sabrosa hit a great ball. After 97 minutes of play, Ｕｎｉãｏ Ｓｐｏｒｔ Ｃｌｕｂｅ Ｐａｒｅｄｅｓ's Leopoldo Gaxan made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tamás Albert was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lidador F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
