The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th minute Raul Lage shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Portugal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, F.C. Valinor's Albérico lacerda got a free kick in the 10th minute. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Raul Lage sped through F.C. Valinor's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zacarias Portugal. In the 18th minute Raul Lage shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Portugal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute Diogo Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Portugal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 played minutes Ultra Copos FC ™ got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Ferreira. After having played for 23 minutes, Laureano Malheiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. Valinor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laureano Malheiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 26th match minute, F.C. Valinor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filinto Pedroso to maneuver through the defense. Zacarias Portugal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Boaventura in the 29th minute of the match. In the 29thth minute of the game Raul Lage who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C. Valinor's Zacarias Portugal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Samuel Boaventura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Samuel Boaventura charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samuel Boaventura the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of F.C. Valinor booed when Ultra Copos FC ™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Boaventura didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diogo Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Portugal having to interfere. If Diogo Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to F.C. Valinor getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Laureano Malheiro hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Raul Lage made a kick off. Zacarias Portugal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diogo Costa in the 51st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raul Lage got free with Zacarias Portugal in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 56th minute, Ultra Copos FC ™'s Raul Lage dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Samuel Boaventura struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Zacarias Portugal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ultra Copos FC ™. In the 70th minute, F.C. Valinor's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Raul Lage fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Zacarias Portugal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diogo Costa in the 82nd minute of the match. Zacarias Portugal made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Samuel Boaventura sent off a good shot on target. Ultra Copos FC ™'s Samuel Boaventura got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Raul Lage blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zacarias Portugal having to make a save. When the final whistle sounded Ultra Copos FC ™ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than F.C. Valinor.
