After some careless play in the CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land defense, Amedeo De Matteis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Duarte Duarte. The CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Duarte Duarte should have stopped the shot. Paulo Duarte hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Marcus Odin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Duarte Duarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

The Delta FS supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's performance. The match ended with a win for CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land.
