None of the them looked very eager to play. 狄夕远 started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Minho FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Yu Ran Zhen hit a great ball. 4 minutes into the match, Esquadrão Lusitano's goal looked a bit too open when Cristopher de Alcântara came free, but Vítor Damas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Minho FC's Ivo Mourato suffered a sore thigh after 4 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Minho FC's Cláudio Santiago was substituted for Ivo Mourato. In the 6th match minute, Esquadrão Lusitano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yavuzalp Eroğul to maneuver through the defense. Cristopher de Alcântara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vítor Damas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Cristopher de Alcântara made a precise shot to the right of Vítor Damas. Esquadrão Lusitano's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Vítor Damas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristopher de Alcântara in the 12th minute of the match. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Esquadrão Lusitano's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Demetrio Savini was slow to take the kick. During this time Minho FC's players had a chance to rest. Minho FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristopher de Alcântara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristopher de Alcântara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vítor Damas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. If Cristopher de Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esquadrão Lusitano made a substitution. Rui Sá replaced 狄夕远. Yu Ran Zhen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Vítor Damas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th minute Cristopher de Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vítor Damas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Minho FC's Cristopher de Alcântara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vítor Damas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Minho FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
