Claudemiro Tristão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Meireles in the 4th minute of the match. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind GD Almargense's goalkeeper Claudemiro Tristão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by GD Almargense's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tzeko Kotlarski was slow to take the kick. During this time SC Angrense's players had a chance to rest. After 11 minutes of play, SC Angrense's Erubiel Chorche made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudemiro Tristão was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 41st minute Emiliano Cordarrell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudemiro Tristão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute Celso Eiró shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorato Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The wind increased when Celso Eiró made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Adérito Pinheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorato Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudemiro Tristão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erubiel Chorche in the 57th minute. In the 62nd match minute, SC Angrense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saúl Cavaco to maneuver through the defense. GD Almargense made a substitution. Carlos Vides replaced Callum Doyle. In the 65th minute of the match Alexandre Eanes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Honorato Alves showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zarco Patrício in the 68th minute of play forced SC Angrense's goalkeeper Honorato Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Honorato Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Vides in the 88th minute of play. Honorato Alves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandre Valadares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute, Zarco Patrício left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GD Almargense fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Honorato Alves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zarco Patrício, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
