Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 15th minute Fazıl Korkutalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alípio Rego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bóas Bolas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute of the match Bembenfica got a corner. ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Feng Xiang Bin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Vinícius Junior might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alípio Rego. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vinícius Junior ran back to his position shaking his head. Dário Veríssimo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitor Roque, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 31 minutes into the match, ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Terrasi came free, but Dário Veríssimo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Bembenfica's goal looked a bit too open when Frederico Salazar came free, but Alípio Rego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dario Orlan made a kick off. ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Bembenfica's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Albérico Calçada took the corner. Frederico Salazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dário Veríssimo came out of the goal and Dario Orlan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Justo Quesada hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the last second Alípio Rego throw himself and got hold of the ball when Frederico Salazar in the 86thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Porfírio Espírito Santo struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Dário Veríssimo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bembenfica. 93 minutes into the match, Bembenfica's goal looked a bit too open when Frederico Salazar came free, but Alípio Rego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
