Spectators: 184 (Terracing: 139, Seating: 42, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zigmantas Gimbutas took the kick off in the first half of the match. Valdomiro Lira hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Zigmantas Gimbutas might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zé Gato. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zigmantas Gimbutas ran back to his position shaking his head. Zé Gato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zigmantas Gimbutas in the 7th minute of the match. SC Braga's Amado Parente managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Adolfo Pimenta in the 10 minute of the game. Laçın Cumayev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute Zigmantas Gimbutas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Gato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Garcia in the 23rd minute of play forced SC Braga's goalkeeper Laçın Cumayev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute, Carlos Garcia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Laçın Cumayev was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 28 minutes into the match, SITIO CITY's Carlos Garcia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Laçın Cumayev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 31 played minutes SITIO CITY got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Onbera. In the 32ndth minute of the game Zigmantas Gimbutas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SITIO CITY's Zé Gato was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zé Gato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zigmantas Gimbutas in the 35th minute of play. Carlos Garcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the match, SC Braga's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Garcia came free, but Laçın Cumayev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Garcia in the 45th minute of play forced SC Braga's goalkeeper Laçın Cumayev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Carlos Garcia made the kick off in the second half. Jens-Erik Bryngelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Zigmantas Gimbutas managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Braga's supporters rose to their feet, but Zigmantas Gimbutas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zé Gato breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. SITIO CITY's Pierre-Paul Swin was substituted for Chiquinho Pereira. SC Braga's Geraldo Lucas was substituted for André Jordão. SITIO CITY's Luís Carvalho was substituted for Carlos Garcia. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luís Carvalho got free with Laçın Cumayev in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luís Carvalho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Laçın Cumayev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th match minute, SC Braga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amado Parente to maneuver through the defense. SC Braga made a substitution. Antonio Cieri replaced Benjamin de Lara. Amado Parente hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Luís Carvalho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Laçın Cumayev skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Carvalho in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Laçın Cumayev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. SITIO CITY's Julio Iglesias was substituted for Jens-Erik Bryngelsson. SC Braga were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after SITIO CITY's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jon-Egil Sætre took the corner. SC Braga's Jon-Egil Sætre was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Zé Gato in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Stig-Åke Mattsson took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zé Gato. Zé Gato dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Luís Carvalho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Laçın Cumayev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Laçın Cumayev came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by SITIO CITY's Luís Carvalho. But to his dismay, Luís Carvalho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. SITIO CITY's attentive Pawel Czubski managed to snatch the ball when Amado Parente made a throw-in in the 94th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luís Carvalho got free with Laçın Cumayev in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SITIO CITY eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
