When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Aprígio Henriques sped through MEXACOMX's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Januário Rangel. If Wu Liang Mo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 8 played minutes MEXACOMX got a freekick which was hit by Berker Güneş. MEXACOMX's Januário Rangel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save MEXACOMX from getting a goal against them. Ricardo Guerra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Peter Sparks having to make a save. A collision led to MEXACOMX getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Joaquin Sedillo hit a great ball. In the 14th minute Aprígio Henriques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Januário Rangel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ricardo Guerra in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peter Sparks saved Miradeses FC from getting behind. Januário Rangel made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Morris Zemp sent off a good shot on target. Maurício Meireles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Sparks having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maurício Meireles in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peter Sparks saved Miradeses FC from getting behind. In the 37th minute of the match MEXACOMX got a corner. Miradeses FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joaquin Sedillo ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Joaquin Sedillo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Peter Sparks quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Peter Sparks took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Guerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teo De Jong was the one to do the kick off. Januário Rangel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Morris Zemp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th match minute, Miradeses FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cássio Simões to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardo Guerra in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter Sparks prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Ricardo Guerra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Peter Sparks was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. In the 61st minute Ricardo Guerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Sparks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Januário Rangel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teo De Jong, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. When MEXACOMX's Ricardo Guerra in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Miradeses FC's goalie prevented a goal. Stefan Kapera hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Januário Rangel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aprígio Henriques in the 71st minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, MEXACOMX's Xu Qian Yuan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Peter Sparks made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as MEXACOMX's Xu Qian Yuan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Peter Sparks. That made the score 1-2 after 76 minutes of play. Miradeses FC made a substitution. Burak Rede replaced Aprígio Henriques. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by Miradeses FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joaquin Sedillo was slow to take the kick. During this time MEXACOMX's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Gogo Anaya got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Peter Sparks quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Xu Qian Yuan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Peter Sparks tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Xu Qian Yuan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute, Xu Qian Yuan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Peter Sparks. The goal made the score 1-3. The MEXACOMX supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing MEXACOMX would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
