A very good chance. 4 minutes into the match, Vivaldo Belém notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Stars Academy's Germano Carmona. Germano Carmona was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 12th minute Vivaldo Belém shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germano Carmona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Germano Carmona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerónimo Leiria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Germano Carmona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Bento in the 16th minute of play. The supporters of VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF booed when Stars Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Leme didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the game, VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's Vivaldo Belém nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Germano Carmona made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 21 minutes into the game, Jerónimo Leiria cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Germano Carmona was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 24th minute, Vivaldo Belém made a precise shot to the right of Germano Carmona. Stars Academy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Germano Carmona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vivaldo Belém in the 29th minute of the match. Berto Guine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Germano Carmona having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Stars Academy's Jairo Carrasqueira got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute of the match Zé Guine shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Germano Carmona showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Stars Academy's Germano Carmona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vivaldo Belém in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Jerónimo Leiria made a precise shot to the right of Germano Carmona. Stars Academy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Germano Carmona came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's Vivaldo Belém. But to his dismay, Vivaldo Belém quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. 44 minutes into the match, Cristiano Bento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Germano Carmona. Stars Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristiano Bento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. The Stars Academy players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF were winning 0-8.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Américo Albuquerque to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Jerónimo Leiria notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Stars Academy's Germano Carmona. Germano Carmona was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Vivaldo Belém kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Germano Carmona. That made the score 0-10 in the 56 minute of play. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 0-11 when Jerónimo Leiria sped through Stars Academy's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Germano Carmona. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerónimo Leiria in the 62nd minute of play forced Stars Academy's goalkeeper Germano Carmona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Germano Carmona didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vivaldo Belém went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-12 was the resulting score. 67 minutes into the game, Vivaldo Belém cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-13. Germano Carmona was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vivaldo Belém got free with Germano Carmona in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vivaldo Belém scored 0-15 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Germano Carmona, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF made a substitution. Albertus Guine replaced Jerónimo Leiria. The crowd rose to their feet as VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's Vivaldo Belém slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Germano Carmona. That made the score 0-16 after 85 minutes of play. In the 90th minute, VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's Vivaldo Belém ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Germano Carmona. Germano Carmona yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-17. A collision led to VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Filipe Carvalhal hit a great ball. The Stars Academy fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
