In the 4th minute Espen Steelers were awarded a corner. Williams Imholz went to the cornerflag to take it. Gregor Kobel made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when I Putu í Lon Jacobsen sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Espen Steelers's Stan Wawrinka got a free kick in the 14th minute. Hannes Dresdner stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alain Berset's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Black Dragons's goal looked a bit too open when Stan Wawrinka came free, but Hannes Dresdner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Espen Steelers fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when Espen Steelers's Alain Berset looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hannes Dresdner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alain Berset in the 26th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Rogelio Montez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hannes Dresdner was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Hannes Dresdner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alain Berset, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Black Dragons's Waud Soetemans sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gregor Kobel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hannes Dresdner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alain Berset, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hannes Dresdner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Montez in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute of the match Espen Steelers got a corner. Black Dragons's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Williams Imholz ran over to the corner to take the kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Alain Berset advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-3 in the 42nd minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for I Putu í Lon Jacobsen to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alain Berset in the 51st minute of play forced Black Dragons's goalkeeper Hannes Dresdner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hannes Dresdner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alain Berset in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio Montez in the 52nd minute of play forced Black Dragons's goalkeeper Hannes Dresdner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Black Dragons's Hannes Dresdner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Black Dragons from getting a goal against them. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Alain Berset sped through Black Dragons's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hannes Dresdner. In the 64th minute, I Putu í Lon Jacobsen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gregor Kobel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Espen Steelers's Gregor Kobel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by I Putu í Lon Jacobsen in the 67th minute of play. Rogelio Montez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Hannes Dresdner made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alain Berset in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hannes Dresdner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 73rd minute, Rico Roy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Espen Steelers made a substitution. Andy Schmid replaced Rogelio Montez. Espen Steelers's Sauveur Ehrlichmann was substituted for Marco Odermatt. Andy Schmid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hannes Dresdner having to interfere. Hannes Dresdner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Williams Imholz in the 79th minute of the match. Hannes Dresdner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Williams Imholz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Espen Steelers's Alain Berset in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Black Dragons's goalie prevented a goal. In the 82ndth minute of the game I Putu í Lon Jacobsen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Espen Steelers's Gregor Kobel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 83rd minute Williams Imholz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannes Dresdner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Black Dragons getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Linus Stuber hit a great ball. With a little luck, Black Dragons's Hannes Dresdner got control of the ball when Alain Berset tried to sneak it across the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Black Dragons's goalkeeper Hannes Dresdner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andy Schmid. Torben Krabber hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After 92 played minutes Black Dragons got a freekick which was hit by Stephane Pfiffer. The audience was convinced that Alain Berset's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hannes Dresdner was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Andy Schmid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hannes Dresdner having to interfere. Espen Steelers's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
