In the 36th minute of the game Ryan McIver made a throw-in which Darius Bontine played forward. 38 minutes into the match, Lord of the Wings's Ulaş Hulk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fergus Fairbairn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fergus Fairbairn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witold Prosowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute, Witold Prosowski made a precise shot to the right of Fergus Fairbairn. Rangers FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4.
