Rangers FC's Tim Charles got his second yellow card of the match in the 7th minute. The referee ordered Tim Charles off the ground. In the 8th match minute, Rangers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tim Charles to maneuver through the defense. Fergus Fairbairn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joshua Cumming in the 10th minute of the match. Roy Fair came free with the goalkeeper in the 15th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fergus Fairbairn could save by the left post. 16 minutes into the match, Roy Fair notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Rangers FC's Fergus Fairbairn. Fergus Fairbairn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roy Fair got in the 30th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Fergus Fairbairn handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Rangers FC's Gary Gowan got a free kick in the 31st minute. Logan McCubbin kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Roy Fair sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joshua Cumming in the 37th minute of play forced Rangers FC's goalkeeper Fergus Fairbairn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fergus Fairbairn was a little too slow when Joshua Cumming got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 3-0. 48 minutes into the match, Rangers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joshua Cumming came free, but Fergus Fairbairn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Danny Gilespie was the one to do the kick off. Joshua Cumming scored 5-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fergus Fairbairn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 56 minutes into the game, The North Face's Joshua Cumming nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fergus Fairbairn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. After having played for 59 minutes, Roy Fair managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The North Face's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roy Fair was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 60 minutes of play, The North Face's Vinny McNamell made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fergus Fairbairn was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 64th minute, Joshua Cumming left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The North Face fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Vinny McNamell struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Fergus Fairbairn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The North Face. 74 minutes into the match, Rangers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Freddie Vennerberg came free, but Fergus Fairbairn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinny McNamell in the 75th minute of play forced Rangers FC's goalkeeper Fergus Fairbairn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th match minute, The North Face was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roy Fair to maneuver through the defense. If Tyler McCraw had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fergus Fairbairn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinny McNamell, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Fergus Fairbairn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joshua Cumming in the 85th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joshua Cumming in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fergus Fairbairn saved Rangers FC from getting behind. In the 90th minute, Vinny McNamell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Roy Fair came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the The North Face fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roy Fair couldn't finish the play. Joshua Cumming scored 10-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fergus Fairbairn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
