The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Michael Owen to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Michael Owen took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Colombain Parham to make any attempt to save it. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Hilario Slaughter was substituted for Gary Thomason. Michael Owen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Colombain Parham made a huge save. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Abel Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gencal Sayıl in the 66th minute of play. Abel Bueno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gencal Sayıl in the 71st minute of play. In the 73rd minute of the game Lincoln Tracy made a throw-in which Meng Qing Lin played forward. Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx's Colombain Parham proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx from getting a goal against them. When Krzysztof Sanocki came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Krzysztof Sanocki couldn't finish the play. Gencal Sayıl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Bueno having to interfere. Qikiqtarjuaq FC made a substitution. Eustaquio Patrick replaced Ilgaz Şirvan. If Eustaquio Patrick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michael Owen got free with Colombain Parham in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Qikiqtarjuaq FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
