To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wallace Magee made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krzysztof Sanocki in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Chauncey Veilleux hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the match, NDG Fury FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gencal Sayıl came free, but Wallace Magee reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmet Ömür Doğangün during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. NDG Fury FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx the free kick. In the 95th minute, Olen Huynh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The NDG Fury FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
