In the 7th minute, Efraim Morais left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Putra Rewulu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A collision led to Quebec city FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Sidney Aupry hit a great ball. If Yaya Assegaf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute Hu Jie Rong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Whitmore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Putra Rewulu were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Quebec city FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Honorato Zambujal took the corner. Carlos Whitmore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yaya Assegaf in the 24th minute of play. After 28 played minutes Quebec city FC got a freekick which was hit by Eric William. In the 28th minute Efraim Morais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Whitmore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Whitmore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hu Jie Rong in the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Efraim Morais in the 34th minute of play forced Quebec city FC's goalkeeper Carlos Whitmore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Putra Rewulu's Yaya Assegaf sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Whitmore narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Quebec city FC's Carlos Whitmore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hu Jie Rong in the 36th minute of play. Hu Jie Rong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Tytus Pracki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Timmy Newcomb managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quebec city FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Timmy Newcomb was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrianus Tambunan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sidney Aupry to strike the kick off in the second half. Carlos Whitmore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yaya Assegaf in the 53rd minute of the match. Yaya Assegaf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Hu Jie Rong dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Carlos Whitmore, 0-2. Yaya Assegaf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Carlos Whitmore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yaya Assegaf hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hu Jie Rong in the 67th minute of play forced Quebec city FC's goalkeeper Carlos Whitmore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrianus Tambunan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidney Aupry in the 68th minute of play. Timmy Newcomb kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After 81 played minutes Putra Rewulu got a freekick which was hit by Tiburcio Ledesma. In the 83rd minute Hu Jie Rong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Whitmore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Putra Rewulu's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Honorato Zambujal in the 90th minute. The corner ended in Yaya Assegaf almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Quebec city FC's Carlos Whitmore did a great save. If Yaya Assegaf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yaya Assegaf got free with Carlos Whitmore in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 96th minute, Adjat Inzaghi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Carlos Whitmore. The goal made the score 0-3. Putra Rewulu's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
