The audience was convinced that Anak Selby's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alam Wah was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Alam Wah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anak Selby in the 6th minute of play. After 11th play minutes Anak Selby shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Alam Wah and just under the crossbar into goal. 14 minutes into the match, Bandung Tigers's goalkeeper Mekki Item had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edinho de Senna. Anak Selby blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alam Wah having to make a save. Asiz Leng's late challenge caught a Bandung Tigers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Asiz Leng helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to LiverBird Flyers FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Asiz Leng hit a great ball. Mekki Item took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edinho de Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in LiverBird Flyers FC's zone, Leopoldo Azevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alam Wah came out of the goal and Leopoldo Azevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alam Wah had in the 25thth minute some difficulties stopping Xiao Jie De's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Alam Wah stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anak Selby's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute of the match Bandung Tigers got a corner. LiverBird Flyers FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wang Zheng Yun ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Bandung Tigers's corner Wang Zheng Yun fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alam Wah quite easily take care of the ball. Alam Wah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anak Selby, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, LiverBird Flyers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anak Selby came free, but Alam Wah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bandung Tigers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wang Zheng Yun in the 32nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Wang Zheng Yun got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alam Wah quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 37th minute, Anak Selby left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bandung Tigers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Alam Wah came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Bandung Tigers's Anak Selby. But to his dismay, Anak Selby quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After having played for 43 minutes, Anak Selby managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bandung Tigers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anak Selby was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Anak Selby in the 54th minute of play forced LiverBird Flyers FC's goalkeeper Alam Wah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alam Wah was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anak Selby showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 59 minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, LiverBird Flyers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anak Selby came free, but Alam Wah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anak Selby's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alam Wah read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute, one of LiverBird Flyers FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LiverBird Flyers FC. 66 minutes into the match Xiao Jie De came totally free in front of LiverBird Flyers FC's goalkeeper and smashed the ball just inside the right post. LiverBird Flyers FC's Alam Wah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anak Selby in the 71st minute of play. In the 74th minute Bandung Tigers were awarded a corner. Wang Zheng Yun went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 75th minute, Carl Grimes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77thth minute of the game Anak Selby who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LiverBird Flyers FC's Alam Wah was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, LiverBird Flyers FC's Alam Wah got control of the ball when Leopoldo Azevedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Anak Selby might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alam Wah. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anak Selby ran back to his position shaking his head. 88 minutes into the match, LiverBird Flyers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anak Selby came free, but Alam Wah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Asiz Leng got his second yellow card in the match during the 88th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 89th minute, Asiz Leng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bandung Tigers made a substitution. Yoppie Duaramuri replaced Leopoldo Azevedo. A collision led to LiverBird Flyers FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Asiz Leng hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the game, Anak Selby recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alam Wah. Anak Selby showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. 95 minutes into the match, LiverBird Flyers FC's goalkeeper Alam Wah had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anak Selby. Cristian Saldanha kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The Bandung Tigers players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
