In the 14th minute Okwii Nwoke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Farid Ayham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florencio Harri got free with Abdul Oresanya in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Ugochukwu Eshieshi hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Florencio Harri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Florencio Harri who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Abdul Oresanya when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Dike Balogun fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014's protests and gave Dike Balogun a yellow card for diving instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ugochukwu Eshieshi made a kick off. Florencio Harri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdul Oresanya having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florencio Harri in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abdul Oresanya prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 87 played minutes LAGOS STELLARIS FC2014 got a freekick which was hit by Okorie Garba. After having played for 88 minutes, Florencio Harri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atletico Beirut's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florencio Harri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Chukwuhaenye Adegoke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that Atletico Beirut were the better team. Atletico Beirut's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
