Jerry Soon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Abdessalem Abdessalam when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg Abdessalem Abdessalam managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Oakham's Wong Butcher fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Abdessalem Abdessalam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Koh, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Adab FC's Abdessalem Abdessalam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wong Butcher in the 29th minute of play. Abdessalem Abdessalam made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wong Butcher in the 32nd minute. The audience was convinced that Jerry Soon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abdessalem Abdessalam was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Oakham's Bryan Hui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fryderyk Witwicki in the 45th minute of play. In the 45th minute Fryderyk Witwicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bryan Hui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Oakham getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Daniz Hsi hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wong Butcher made a kick off. Khai Amin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdessalem Abdessalam having to interfere. Teodoro Fariña hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Wong Butcher recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Adab FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Calistrat Cămătaru hit a great ball. After 56 played minutes, Oakham's Muhammad Singh shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Abdessalem Abdessalam came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Oakham reached it. In the 60th match minute, Adab FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Hasan Taybars to maneuver through the defense. Wong Butcher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Wong Butcher sped through Adab FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Abdessalem Abdessalam. Oakham made a substitution. Gara Hock replaced Mark Koh. After 68 minutes, Wong Butcher made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Adab FC's Abdessalem Abdessalam tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 72 played minutes Oakham got a freekick which was hit by Muhammad Singh. 72 minutes into the match, Adab FC's Fryderyk Witwicki broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Wong Butcher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adab FC's Bouzid Bentifour was substituted for Calistrat Cămătaru. 78 minutes into the match, Adab FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wong Butcher came free, but Abdessalem Abdessalam reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oakham's Bryan Hui proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Oakham from getting a goal against them. Adab FC's Abdessalem Abdessalam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gara Hock in the 82nd minute of play. Bryan Hui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fryderyk Witwicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Wong Butcher's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abdessalem Abdessalam was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. After 91st play minutes Wong Butcher shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Abdessalem Abdessalam and just under the crossbar into goal. Jerry Soon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Abdessalem Abdessalam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Oakham players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
