An unexpectedly hard shot by Khalel Al Motar in the 8th minute of play forced Oakham's goalkeeper Bryan Hui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bryan Hui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Pochekanski in the 11th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Khalel Al Motar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 13 minutes into the match, Golden Tigers's goalkeeper Marian Oelke had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wong Butcher. In the 15thth minute of the game Mario Pochekanski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oakham's Bryan Hui was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 16th minute Darweesh Al Matrok shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bryan Hui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marian Oelke made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Jerry Soon sent off a good shot on target. Jerry Soons short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Marian Oelke to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 21 minutes into the match, Golden Tigers's goalkeeper Marian Oelke had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jerry Soon. When Oakham's Jerry Soon, in the 21st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Oakham. Marian Oelke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniz Hsi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Oakham's goal looked a bit too open when 何文震 came free, but Bryan Hui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oakham's Bryan Hui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Khalel Al Motar in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Golden Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Jerry Soon came free, but Marian Oelke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Marian Oelke successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, Golden Tigers's Marian Oelke got control of the ball when Bineesh Soon tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Mario Pochekanski came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Golden Tigers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mario Pochekanski couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The wind increased when Mario Pochekanski made the kick off in the second half. Oakham's Bryan Hui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cresconio Bobis in the 50th minute of play. Marian Oelke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerry Soon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marian Oelke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wong Butcher in the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute Oakham were awarded a corner. Muhammad Singh went to the cornerflag to take it. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Golden Tigers! In the 68th match minute, Golden Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolae Răducanu to maneuver through the defense. Wong Butcher scored 2-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marian Oelke, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 74 played minutes Golden Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Dominykas Liutkus. Marian Oelke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniz Hsi in the 76th minute of play. A collision led to Oakham getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Jerry Soon hit a great ball. Bryan Hui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cresconio Bobis in the 90th minute of the match. Golden Tigers's Mario Pochekanski got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Oakham getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Bineesh Soon hit a great ball. With a little luck, Oakham's Bryan Hui got control of the ball when 何文震 tried to sneak it across the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Golden Tigers players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Oakham.
