Daniel Grønningsæter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 48th minute team pollen were awarded a corner. Rafa Figueiredo went to the cornerflag to take it. Rafa Figueiredo made a great header on team pollen's corner, it was just that FC Pladask's Daniel Grønningsæter managed to reach the ball for a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anselmo Jaen was the one to do the kick off. Kjetil-André Grønseth was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Pladask's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Kjetil-André Grønseth got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cheng Qiang quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 76th minute, Alexander Markussen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Grønningsæter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anselmo Jaen in the 77th minute. Cheng Qiang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trond Soltveit in the 83rd minute of the match.
