Spectators: 176 (Terracing: 133, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kim Alnes got the match started through his kick off. Kristian Sandersen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Grønningsæter having to interfere. Kjetil-André Grønseth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 12th minute, FC Pladask's James Feldthaus ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sturle Åsland. Sturle Åsland yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 15th minute, David Lima made a precise shot to the right of Sturle Åsland. Åsnes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. James Feldthaus who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Sturle Åsland when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With an all-out effort, FC Pladask's Sturle Åsland threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Walter Spivey, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kim Alnes in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Grønningsæter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 23 minutes into the match, Åsnes's goal looked a bit too open when Trond Soltveit came free, but Sturle Åsland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Åsnes's Sturle Åsland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walter Spivey in the 29th minute of play. After some careless play in the Åsnes defense, Trond Soltveit kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sturle Åsland. The Åsnes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sturle Åsland should have stopped the shot. In the 33rd minute, David Lima left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Pladask fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Åsnes's Sturle Åsland proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Åsnes from getting a goal against them. James Feldthaus succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 6-0 in the 39th playminute. In the 45th minute, FC Pladask's Walter Spivey dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 7-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Trond Soltveit stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sturle Åsland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walter Spivey, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes into the match, Åsnes's goal looked a bit too open when James Feldthaus came free, but Sturle Åsland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sturle Åsland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from James Feldthaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 11-0 when Trond Soltveit sped through Åsnes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sturle Åsland. Kristian Sandersen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Grønningsæter was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Kim Alnes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kim Alnes really showed his touch with that goal: 11-1. If David Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the game, James Feldthaus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 12-1. Sturle Åsland was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
