The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hugo Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severin Hussein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gædd FK's Andreas Berglund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Mathiassen in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roald Engebakken in the 10th minute of play forced Gædd FK's goalkeeper Andreas Berglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Halvdan Osland kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Severin Hussein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the match, Gædd FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ola Børseth came free, but Andreas Berglund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roald Engebakken in the 17th minute of play forced Gædd FK's goalkeeper Andreas Berglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Eidsvik kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Gædd FK's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Mathiassen came free, but Andreas Berglund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugo Moraes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severin Hussein's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Andreas Berglund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Mathiassen, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Hugo Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severin Hussein in the 38th minute of the match. Gædd FK's Andreas Berglund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ola Børseth in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute Roald Engebakken shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Berglund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Ola Børseth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andreas Berglund was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Hugo Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severin Hussein, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Stefan Mathiassen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When FRANK's Ola Børseth in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gædd FK's goalie prevented a goal. Andreas Berglund was a little too slow when Roald Engebakken got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stefan Mathiassen got free with Andreas Berglund in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gædd FK's Andreas Berglund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roald Engebakken in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute Ola Børseth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Berglund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gædd FK's Jonathan Eidsvik got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Hugo Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severin Hussein in the 76th minute of the match. A collision led to FRANK getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Roald Engebakken hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roald Engebakken in the 83rd minute of play forced Gædd FK's goalkeeper Andreas Berglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gard Borlaug hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Gædd FK's Andreas Berglund got control of the ball when Wout Gheysen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kjetil Hellevik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Moraes having to interfere. In the 93rd minute Severin Hussein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 94 played minutes FRANK got a freekick which was hit by Ola Børseth. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FRANK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
