In the 8th minute Erik Cantona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theo Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lars Holand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Joachim Forseth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute of the match, Emil Berntzen got a very nice opportunity to score, but Joachim Forseth was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Joachim Forseth made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Lars Holand sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Cantona in the 22nd minute of play forced Λstral Villains FC's goalkeeper Theo Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Theo Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Cantona in the 24th minute of the match. Saga TF's Joachim Forseth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Saga TF from getting a goal against them. Joachim Forseth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Holand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lars Holand might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joachim Forseth. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lars Holand ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Saga TF's Joachim Forseth got control of the ball when Emil Berntzen tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 46th match minute, Saga TF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iwo Gendolla to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Erik Cantona made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Saga TF booed when Λstral Villains FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Majstorović didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 63 played minutes Λstral Villains FC got a freekick which was hit by Ahmad Okhumeode Krychowiak. In the 66th match minute, Λstral Villains FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anderson Zonta to maneuver through the defense. After 67 played minutes Λstral Villains FC got a freekick which was hit by Anderson Zonta. Joachim Forseth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaltino Maraschin, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaltino Maraschin in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joachim Forseth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Theo Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Cantona in the 75th minute of play. Saga TF's Joachim Forseth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaltino Maraschin in the 84th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaltino Maraschin in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joachim Forseth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The throw-in from Ahmad Okhumeode Krychowiak in the 89th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Saga TF's Billy Backman. In the 95th minute, Trond Gilde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saga TF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
