Spectators: 196 (Terracing: 148, Seating: 45, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marian Banas took the kick off in the first half of the match. Glyn Wedlock made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marian Banas in the 3rd minute. Gabriel Aakre made in the 4th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Christer Kinn however managed to control. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hans-Kristian Aanes in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enzo Noce saved The Nerd Herd from getting behind. In the 10th minute, Marian Banas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Nerd Herd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Enzo Noce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Óbolo in the 13th minute of the match. Enzo Noce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans-Kristian Aanes, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Hans-Kristian Aanes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Noce having to interfere. Sagene IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Marian Banas scored to the left of an out of position Glyn Wedlock, making the score, 2-0. In the 23rd minute, The Nerd Herd's Marian Banas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Glyn Wedlock. Glyn Wedlock yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Sagene IF's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Marian Banas 28 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-0. After 31 played minutes Sagene IF got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Aakre. After a defensive mix-up in Sagene IF's zone, Marian Banas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Glyn Wedlock came out of the goal and Marian Banas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of The Nerd Herd booed when Sagene IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Aakre didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Marian Banas managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Nerd Herd's supporters rose to their feet, but Marian Banas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Glyn Wedlock breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Odysseas Lagidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Hans-Kristian Aanes made the kick off in the second half. Sagene IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by William Knutsen in the 63rd minute. After 65 minutes of play, The Nerd Herd's Marian Banas made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Glyn Wedlock was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Marian Banas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 68 minutes into the match, Sagene IF's goal looked a bit too open when Marian Banas came free, but Glyn Wedlock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Sagene IF's zone, Marian Banas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Glyn Wedlock came out of the goal and Marian Banas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hans-Kristian Aanes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Noce having to interfere. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sagene IF's goalkeeper Glyn Wedlock, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 78th minute Marian Banas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glyn Wedlock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th match minute, The Nerd Herd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Gjønnes to maneuver through the defense. Enzo Noce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christer Kinn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Glyn Wedlock didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marian Banas went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Ivan Óbolo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Enzo Noce made a huge save. Jan-Kenneth Skog might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Glyn Wedlock. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jan-Kenneth Skog ran back to his position shaking his head. Marian Banas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 93rd minute, Marian Banas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Glyn Wedlock was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. 96 minutes into the game, The Nerd Herd's Marian Banas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Glyn Wedlock made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. When the referee ended the match the The Nerd Herd players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
