They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Johannes Bryn made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, AC Wipes's goal looked a bit too open when Sigve Ramberg came free, but Dag Hartviksen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, AC Wipes's Dag Hartviksen got control of the ball when Sigve Ramberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Erland Gåsland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenneth Drange having to interfere. Martin Landro was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 73 minutes into the match. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for AC Wipes! In the 80th match minute, AC Wipes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alf Liverød to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute Johannes Bryn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dag Hartviksen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
