Lv Ang Si started the match with the kick off. Crişan Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Tauro in the 3rd minute of play. Club Atlético Escocia's Venancio Mikolas managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Justo Osorio in the 5 minute of the game. Crişan Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Tauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute, Ciclista FC's Rigoberto Flores dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Ciclista FC were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Club Atlético Escocia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Amador Francesco took the corner. The corner led Ciclista FC's Amador Francesco to fire away a dangerous shot which Roberto-Carlos Abbondanzieri despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Roberto-Carlos Abbondanzieri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lv Ang Si in the 15th minute. In the 18th minute Leonel Caponi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Crişan Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute Club Atlético Escocia were awarded a corner. Justin Tello went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ciclista FC's goalkeeper Crişan Taffarel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Crişan Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anastasio Gagriel in the 27th minute of the match. Lv Ang Si could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Roberto-Carlos Abbondanzieri made a huge save. Crişan Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Tauro in the 36th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Gaspar Selatse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cenan Savlet took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roberto-Carlos Abbondanzieri. Roberto-Carlos Abbondanzieri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonel Caponi to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Leonel Caponi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Crişan Taffarel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 65 minutes into the game, Jonas Tauro lined in a short shot 2-2 behind a frustrated Crişan Taffarel. With his leg Crişan Taffarel managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Club Atlético Escocia's Jonas Tauro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Club Atlético Escocia's Roberto-Carlos Abbondanzieri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cenan Savlet in the 71st minute of play. In the 75th minute, Isidro Cordara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonas Tauro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Crişan Taffarel made a huge save. Roberto-Carlos Abbondanzieri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cenan Savlet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amador Francesco hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Justin Tello got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
